This easy homemade pancake mix makes breakfast go smooth! Make it and store for several months in your pantry.

Pancake Mix:

  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 4 tablespoons sugar


  • 1 cup pancake mix
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup milk (more as needed)
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter


  1. Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and sugar. Store in a tightly sealed container in a cool dry place. 


  1. Beat your egg then add milk and melted butter. Mix together pancakes mix and mix until no lumps. 

  2. Heat a frying pan with a small amount of butter or non-stick cooking spray. When your pan is heated pour a small amount of batter, about 1/4 cup.

  3. When you see bubbles forming on your pancake it's ready to be flipped! Cook each side until fully cooked.
