Slow Cooker Ranch Chicken

Nothing beats a super easy slow cooker recipe. This Slow Cooker Ranch Chicken is so simple to make and a favorite with the family. I love serving it shredded and over rice.

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breast (skinless and boneless)
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup (1 can)
  • 1 oz ranch seasoning
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Add chicken breast to your slow cooker. Cube cream cheese and add it to your slow cooker with cream of chicken soup and ranch seasoning.

  2. Pour in chicken broth.

  3. Mix your ingrednet in the slow cooker and allow to cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4-5 hours.

  4. Once chicken is fully cooked use a fork to shred and mix.

  5. Serve this chicken over pasta or rice.

Recipe Notes

Can I use frozen chicken:

I usually perfer to use a thaw chicken but you could use frozen chicken. I would suggest cooking it on low for the entire 8 hours.
