This recipe for the Classic Cheese Ball is the perfect appetizer. Served with crackers or raw veggies it's a dish everyone loves.
In a large bowl mix together cream cheese, shredded cheese, green onions, and dry ranch mix. I used the good old fashion method and mixed it with clean hands, but you can also use a mixer with a paddle attachment.
Once mixed shape your cheese ball into a ball.
On a plate add chopped pecans. Roll cheese ball onto crushed pecans.
Cover cheese ball and place in the fridge to chill. Serve with crackers or raw veggies and enjoy.
This cheese ball would be good in the fridge in a counter or covered for 3-4 days.
