  • 16 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1/4 cup green onion (diced)
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix (dry)
  • 1/3 cup pecans (chopped)


  1. In a large bowl mix together cream cheese, shredded cheese, green onions, and dry ranch mix. I used the good old fashion method and mixed it with clean hands, but you can also use a mixer with a paddle attachment.

  2. Once mixed shape your cheese ball into a ball.

  3. On a plate add chopped pecans. Roll cheese ball onto crushed pecans.

  4. Cover cheese ball and place in the fridge to chill. Serve with crackers or raw veggies and enjoy.
