- 2 pounds baby carrots
- ⅓ cup unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons honey
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon pepper
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Prepare a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Melt butter and mix in honey, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Toss carrots with melted honey butter and place in your prepared baking dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until carrots are cooked and tender.
- Tip: When adding hot melted butter to cold carrots your butter could get solid again. Don't worry about it because it will melt again in the oven.
