Slow Cooker Beef Tips

This recipe is on my top five favorites of all time. It's so easy to make and taste amazing. Simple Slow Cooker Beef Tips served over mashed potatoes.

- 2 pounds black angus stew beef
- 1 small onion (diced)
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- ⅓ cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- ¼ cup water
Add onion and beef to your slow cooker.
Season beef and onions with salt and pepper. Next, add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce to your slow cooker.
Cook on low for 7- hours or until beef is cooked through and tender.
Mix cold water and cornstarch then add to the slow cooker. Allow to cook for 30 more minutes. Serve over rice, noodles, or mashed potatoes.

Cooking Tips:
To make sure the beef is tender and not chewy we suggest cooking on low for the 7 hours. If you are running low on time you can cook this recipe on high for 4-5 hours instead.
