  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup crushed candy cane
  • 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • Optional: whipped cream and more crushed candy cane for topping.


  1. Place ice cream, milk, crushed candy cane, and peppermint extract into a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth and add more milk as needed.

  3. Optional top with whipped cream and more crushed candy cane.

Tip: Start small with the peppermint. Blend and then add more peppermint to taste.
