This 2 Ingredient Pancake recipe is so easy to make and taste great. If you have that pancake craving but want to skip in the carbs try this.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 large banana (very ripe and soft)
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions
 

  • Mash banana in a mixing bowl. Add in egg and mash and mix until well combined.
  • Heat a frying pan with a small amount of butter or non-stick cooking spray. When your pan is heated pour on about ¼ of batter for each pancake.
  • Cook each side until fully cooked. Repeat until all your batter is gone.
