- 10 oz penne pasta
- 16 oz Velveeta cheese
- 4 tablespoons butter unsalted
- 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 ½ cup half and half
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
Cook penne pasta according to the package directions. Drain and then return to your pot.
Over a medium to low heat add in Velveeta cheese with pasta and mix until mostly melted.
To your noodles add in butter, shredded cheddar cheese, and half & half. Mix until everything is melted and creamy.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Then add penne to your prepared baking dish.
Top casserole with shredded mozzarella cheese.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted and casserole is warm throughout.
- Tip: You can use any pasta you like for this recipe.
