This Cheesy Penne Bake is so creamy and delicious. It's the perfect family dinner served with salad and is made with just 6 ingredients.

Ingredients
  

  • 10 oz penne pasta
  • 16 oz Velveeta cheese
  • 4 tablespoons butter unsalted
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 ½ cup half and half
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)

Instructions
 

  • Cook penne pasta according to the package directions. Drain and then return to your pot.
  • Over a medium to low heat add in Velveeta cheese with pasta and mix until mostly melted.
  • To your noodles add in butter, shredded cheddar cheese, and half & half. Mix until everything is melted and creamy.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Then add penne to your prepared baking dish.
  • Top casserole with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted and casserole is warm throughout.

Notes

  • Tip: You can use any pasta you like for this recipe.
