- 2 pounds baby carrots
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
- ⅓ cup light brown sugar (packed)
- ⅓ cup maple syrup
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Prepare a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray or parchment paper.
Place carrots in a mixing bowl. Melt butter and mix with brown sugar and maple syrup. Add to carrots and toss to coat.
Bake for 50-60 minutes or until carrots are cooked through and tender.
- Tip: This recipe can get sticky during the baking process so I find parchment paper is the best for easy cleanup.
