This Sunshine Smoothie is the perfect summer time drink. It's loaded with tropical flavor and easy to make.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen peaches
  • ½ cup frozen pineapples
  • ½ cup frozen mango
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • ¾ cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth. Add more juice as needed.

Notes

Tips:

  • I find frozen fruit works best for a smooth texture but you can also use fresh instead if you have that on hand. 
  • You can also add protein to this smoothie by using greek yogurt or protein powder. 
  • I love adding greens to my smoothies. Just toss in a handful or two of spinach.
