- 6 cooked chicken strips
- 1 ½ stalks celery
- ⅓ cup sweet pickle relish
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 large hard boiled eggs (cooled and peeled)
- salt and pepper to taste
Dice cooked chicken and celery and place in a mixing bowl.
Mix in sweet pickle relish and mayonnaise and mix until chicken and cerely are coated.
Diced peeled hard boiled egg and gently mix in with the rest if the ingredients. If desired season with salt and pepper.
Serving Tips:
You can serve this as on a salad, sandwich, or in a wrap.
You can also used grilled chicken in the place of breaded.
