Ingredients
  

  • 6 cooked chicken strips
  • 1 ½ stalks celery
  • cup sweet pickle relish
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 large hard boiled eggs (cooled and peeled)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Dice cooked chicken and celery and place in a mixing bowl.
  • Mix in sweet pickle relish and mayonnaise and mix until chicken and cerely are coated.
  • Diced peeled hard boiled egg and gently mix in with the rest if the ingredients. If desired season with salt and pepper.

Notes

Serving Tips:

You can  serve this as on a salad, sandwich, or in a wrap.
You can also used grilled chicken in the place of breaded.
