Slow Cooker Ritz Chicken

Nothing beats this warm and creamy Slow Cooker Ritz Chicken. We serve it with rice so we can add all the creamy sauce to the top. It's one of our favorite recipes.

- 4 chicken breast (boneless and skinless)
- 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
- 16 oz sour cream
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt (or to taste)
- ⅛ teaspoon pepper (or to taste)
- ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 ½ cups crushed Ritz crackers
Place chicken breast in the slow cooker.
To a mixing bowl add cream of chicken soup and sour cream. Season with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Mix together well.
Spread your mixture on to chicken in the slow cooker.
In a separate bowl combine melted butter and crushed Ritz crackers then add to the top of the chicken in the slow cooker.
Cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 4-5 hours.
