Slow Cooker Swedish Meatballs

These Slow Cooker Swedish Meatballs are so easy to make. We used frozen meatballs with a simple sauce and served over noodles.

Ingredients
  

  • 32 oz frozen meatballs
  • ½ cup half and half
  • 1 tablespoon corn starch
  • 1 ½ cups beef broth
  • 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • teaspoon nutmeg

Serving Option:

  • 12 oz egg noodles

Instructions
 

  • Place meatballs in your slow cooker.
  • Mix half and half with corn starch until corn starch is well combined. Then mix in the remaining ingredients.
  • Pour sauce over meatballs and cook on low for 4-5 hours or high for 2-3 hours or until meatballs are cooked through.

Serving Option:

  • Cook egg noodles according to package directions. Drain and then pour into slow cooker and mix.

Notes

Cooking Tip:

  • Thicken Sauce: This sauce is traditionally a thin but creamy broth-based sauce. To thicken it up add in sour cream after cooking.
