This Cheesy Chicken Casserole is so easy to make and super tasty the whole family will love it! This is a perfect recipe for those nights you do not have much time to make a meal!

- 3 cups penne pasta (before cooking)
- 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup (1 can)
- 1 ⅓ cups milk
- ½ teaspoon seasoning salt
- ¾ teaspoon chili powder
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- 3 cups cheddar cheese (shredded)
- ⅓ cup parmesan cheese (shredded)
- 10 oz Rotel (1 can drained well)
- 3 cups chicken (cooked and shredded)
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs (optional for topping)
- ½ cup melted butter (optional for topping)
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Prepare a 9x13 casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
Cook pasta according to package directions. Once cooked drain and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl mix cream of chicken soup, milk. and all seasonings. Next mix in cheddar, parmesan, cooked chicken, and drained Rotel.
Last add cooked and drained pasta into the mixing bowl. Mix well then add into your prepared casserole dish.
In a small mixing bowl mix bread crumbs with melted butter then sprinkle on to the top of your casserole.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until casserole is warmed throughout and starting to bubble. Remove from the over and serve.
