This Cheesy Chicken Casserole is so easy to make and super tasty the whole family will love it! This is a perfect recipe for those nights you do not have much time to make a meal!

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups penne pasta (before cooking)
  • 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup (1 can)
  • 1 ⅓ cups milk
  • ½ teaspoon seasoning salt
  • ¾ teaspoon chili powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3 cups cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • cup parmesan cheese (shredded)
  • 10 oz Rotel (1 can drained well)
  • 3 cups chicken (cooked and shredded)
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs (optional for topping)
  • ½ cup melted butter (optional for topping)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Prepare a 9x13 casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
  • Cook pasta according to package directions. Once cooked drain and set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl mix cream of chicken soup, milk. and all seasonings. Next mix in cheddar, parmesan, cooked chicken, and drained Rotel.
  • Last add cooked and drained pasta into the mixing bowl. Mix well then add into your prepared casserole dish.
  • In a small mixing bowl mix bread crumbs with melted butter then sprinkle on to the top of your casserole.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until casserole is warmed throughout and starting to bubble. Remove from the over and serve.
