These Southern Deviled Eggs are a recipe that has been passed down from my Granny. These Deviled Eggs are creamy and delicious, and go great at any family gathering, BBQ, or potluck.

Ingredients
  

  • 7 large hard boiled eggs
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 ½ tablespoons sweet pickle relish
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Optional: garnish with paprika and more relish.

Instructions
 

  • Peel cooked hard boiled eggs then slice in half and add the yolk to a bowl.
  • Use a fork to mash and mix the yolk with mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, and mustard. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Spoon in yolk mix to your egg white. Garnish with paprika and more relish.
