These Southern Deviled Eggs are a recipe that has been passed down from my Granny. These Deviled Eggs are creamy and delicious, and go great at any family gathering, BBQ, or potluck.

- 7 large hard boiled eggs
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 ½ tablespoons sweet pickle relish
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- salt and pepper (to taste)
- Optional: garnish with paprika and more relish.
Peel cooked hard boiled eggs then slice in half and add the yolk to a bowl.
Use a fork to mash and mix the yolk with mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, and mustard. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Spoon in yolk mix to your egg white. Garnish with paprika and more relish.
