This recipe for Pulled Pork Nachos features my husband's famous smoked pork butt, crispy tortilla chips covered in cheese and all the extra nacho toppings you love. This is the perfect snack or even dinner!

- 3 cups pulled pork (cooked and shredded)
- 10 oz tortilla chips
- 2 cups olby jack cheese (shredded)
- sour cream
- pico de gallo
- cilantro
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Spread out tortilla chips in an oven-safe skillet or sheet pan.
Top chips with pulled pork.
Top chips and pulled pork with shredded cheese.
Bake for 5-10 minutes or until your cheese is melted.
Remove from the oven and serve. I topped mine with sour cream, Pico de Gallo, and fresh cilantro.
