I love grilling steaks all summer long. I have made the BEST Homemade Steak Rub. A mixture of seasonings and spices that really enhance and bring out the flavor in any cut of beef.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 tablespoons smoked paprika
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions
 

  • Mix all spiced together in a bowl or jar.
  • Store in a airtight container or jar with a lid for up to 1 year.
