Notes

Can I make a bulk batch of the seasoning?
So, the great thing about this recipe is you can double, triple, or ever quadruple it! Depending on the size of the turkey you are cooking you may need to make more of the seasoning. While I recommend 1 tablespoon per pound of turkey, you can definitely use more if you want.
You can also make a large batch and save it for later.
How to store leftover Turkey Seasoning:
When making this seasoning put it in an airtight container. The seasoning can be stored for up to 3 months in the container. Most seasonings have a long shelf life, but once you mix them together you want to use them sooner than the normal shelf life.
