Slow Cooker Mississippi Chicken

This Slow Cooker Mississippi Chicken is made with au jus and ranch seasoning and given just enough spice with the pepperoncini. Slow cooked to perfection the chicken is full of flavor and melts in your mouth. Serve it with mashed potatoes for a great dinner.

- 2 pounds chicken breast (skinless and boneless)
- 1 oz au jus gravy mix
- 1 oz dry ranch seasoning mix
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- 6 whole pepperoncinis
Place chicken breast into your slow cooker. Sprinkle on au jus gravy mix and dry ranch seasoning mix.
Next place unsalted butter and pepperoncini on to seasoned chicken and place the lid onto the slow cooker.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4-5 hours. Until chicken is cooked through and tender. Use a fork to shred your chicken then serve.
