These Homemade Air Fryer Turkey Burgers are the best way to cook turkey burgers. They are perfectly cooked and juicy to make a great dinner.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • ½ cup red onion (very finely diced)
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt (or to salt)
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • Optional: buns and your favorite burger toppings

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix until just combined.
  • Form ingredients into 4 patties. Place patties in a plate and into the fridge to firm up for at least 1 hour. This will help your patties not fall apart.
  • Cook at 400 degrees for 5 minutes them flip your burger and cook for an additional 5 minutes. Cook time can vary depending on how you formed your patties. Check you make sure your temperate of your burger has reached 165°F.
  • Serve your turkey burger on a bun with all your favorite burger toppings.

What to serve with burgers:
