Cilantro Lime Brown Rice
A great side dish that will rival the Cilantro Lime Brown Rice from a famous chain!
- 1 cup brown rice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon cilantro (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons lime juice (fresh squeezed)
Prepare rice according to directions.
When rice is cooked add salt, oil, chopped cilantro, and lime juice. Stir together until well combined.
