2 pounds Stew beef (cubed) ½ cup Flour 1 teaspoon Minced garlic 1 large Onion (chopped) 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 2 teaspoon Salt ½ teaspoon Pepper 1 pound Potatoes (cubed) 3 ribs Celery (diced) 1 pound Baby carrots 2 ½ cups Beef broth 1 1 package Brown Gravy mix (0.87 oz) 2 cups Water
Coat your beef with the flour and then place in slow cooker.
Add the remaining ingredients to the slow cooker.
Cook covered for 6-8 hours on low.
I served mine with warm corn bread muffins!
Tip: coating the beef in flour helps thicken the stew and builds in the flavor of the beef
