Taco Roll-Ups

I want to share with you a fun way to do family taco night, Taco Roll-Ups! This recipe is loved by my entire family and one of my favorites.

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 oz taco seasoning
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • ½ cup salsa
  • 2 tablespoons fiesta blend cheese
  • 16 rolls Crescent Rolls (2 packages)
  • Optional: Sour cream or salsa food dipping


  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees and prepare a baking sheet with non stick cooking spray.
  • Cook and crumble ground beef then drain fat. Add in cream cheese and salsa and cook until cream cheese is melted. Next season with taco seasoning.
  • Lay out crescent rolls on a baking sheet and add a spoon full of taco meat. Roll up your cresent rolls.
  • Top your taco roll ups with shredded cheese.
  • Bake for 9-12 minutes. Serve and enjoy.


  • Tip: Check the time on your cresnt rolls and bake accoring to those directions. Time and temperute can vary with each brand.
