Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 small onion (diced)
  • 2 large bell pepper (diced)
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 15 oz diced tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 15 oz corn
  • 29 oz tomato sauce
  • 2 cup Chicken broth
  • 2 cup Pasta (elbow noodles)
  • 1 ½ cup cheddar cheese (shredded)

Instructions

  • Start with a large pot (something that can fit all your ingredients!) Add chopped onions, pepper, garlic, and ground beef. Cook until browned. Drain fat and place back onto the stove top.
  • Add diced tomatoes to your large pot and mix in. Add seasoning salt and Worcestershire sauce and allow to cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add corn, tomato sauce, and chicken broth to the pot and bring to a simmer. Stir in pasta, cover with lid, and allow to cook 12-13 minutes. Stir every few minutes until pasta is soft and cooked.
  • Mix in 1 cup of cheese then top the dish with remaining cheese. Place the lid back on for 2-3 minutes until cheese has melted. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • Tip: Keep an eye on your pasta while cooking and make sure to stir every 3 or 4 minutes to prevent sticking.
