Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds Chicken Breast
  • 2 cups Bell peppers (sliced)
  • 1 cup Onion (diced)
  • 1 oz Fajita seasoning
  • 12 Slider buns
  • 6 Pepper Jack Sliced Cheese (½ slice for each slider)

Instructions
 

  • Add chicken breast, bell peppers, onions, and fajita seasoning to your slow cooker. Cook on high 3-4 hours or in low 7-8 hours. Until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender. Use a fork to shred chicken.
  • Add chicken fajitas to slider buns and top with cheese. Optional: Bake in the oven 3-5 minutes at 350 degrees F until cheese is melted.

Notes

Food prep Tip:

Since this recipe will be made for sliders I try to cut my peppers and onions into smaller slices.
Slice them like you regularly would then slide them in half. This way you don't have slices that are too big for your slider buns.
