Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast (skinless and boneless)
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup sweet orange marmalade
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • Optional: Serve over cooked white rice

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into the slow cooker.
  2. Allow to cook on high for 4-5 hours or in low for 6-7 hours until chicken is cooked through and tender.

  3. Use a fork to lightly shred chicken into small bite-size pieces. Top onto cooked rice and serve.
