Ingredients

Peanut Butter Fudge Layer:

  • 1 cup Butter
  • 1 cup Creamy Peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 3 ½ cups Powdered sugar

Chocolate Fudge Layer:

  • 1 ½ cups Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 7 oz Sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  • Add butter, peanut butter, vanilla extract in a microwave-safe bowl to prepare the peanut butter layer. Microwave for 60-90 seconds. Stir until well combined and smooth.
  • Add powdered sugar and mix until well combined. Place in a prepared casserole dish (I lined my dish with parchment paper for easy removal). Place in the fridge while you prepare your chocolate fudge.
  • Combine chocolate chips, butter, and sweetened condensed milk for the chocolate layer in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds at a time, stirring and place into back into the microwave until fully melted. Remove dish from the fridge and pour on the chocolate layer.
  • Allow chilling in the fridge for at least 4 hours. Once chilled Cut into bite-size squares and serve.

Notes

Tip: Make sure the sugar is mixed in well. If needed you may need warm up the sugar mixture if you cannot get it to blend well.
