  • 1 pound chicken breast (boneless and skinless)
  • 1 cup wing sauce
  • teaspoon garlic powder (or to taste)
  • cup blue cheese dressing
  • 12 slider buns
  • ¾ cup blue cheese crumbles

  • Place chicken breast in the slow cooker. In a small mixing bowl whisk together wing sauce, garlic powder, and dressing. Pour over chicken in the slow cooker.
  • Cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 5-6 hours. Cook until chicken is tender and can be shredded with a fork.
  • Shred chicken and serve on a slider bun topped with blue cheese crumbles. *If you don't like blue cheese you can top with shredded cheese or add more dressing to the top.

  1. I love using my slow cooker, but if you are in a rush you can use a rotisserie chicken to speed things up. Shred your rotisserie chicken and mix it all up with the remaining ingredients. Make your sliders and you are good to go!
  2. If you do not have Blue Cheese Crumbles you can definitely use Blue Cheese Dressing to add the coolness to the sliders.
  3. If you need some additional dressing to cool off your Buffalo Chicken, top with some Ranch Dressing.
