- 1 pound baby carrots
- 1 pound green beans
- ½ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic (or to taste)
- ½ teaspoon ground ginger
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
Place chicken, carrots, and green beans in the slow cooker.
In a separate bowl whisk together soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and oregano. Pour this over your ingredients in the slow cooker.
