- 16 oz Cream cheese (softened to room temperature)
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- ¾ cup Parmesan cheese (graded)
- ¼ cup Green onion (diced)
- 5 oz Mini pepperoni slices (divided)
To a mixing bowl add cream cheese, Italian seasoning, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, green onions, and ½ of the mini pepperoni slices. Mix until well combined.
Form into a ball and place the remaining mini pepperoni slices around the cheeseball. Place on a plate and into the fridge to chill for at least 2 hours.
Remove from fridge and serve with crackers and enjoy.

I serve my cheese ball with crackers or raw veggies. Your favorite Ritz or Triscuit would be great. I love to put it on celery, peppers, and carrot sticks as well!
