Homemade Freezer Burritos

Prepare ahead of time for a quick breakfast in the morning. These easy Homemade Freezer Burritos are easy to make freeze, and reheat! They are hearty, and filled with all your favorite breakfast items!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound Breakfast sausage
  • 6 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 5 Flour tortillas

Instructions
 

  • Cook and crumble breakfast sausage. Drain fat and set aside. Scrambled eggs until full cooked. Add sausage back to the skillet with cheese. Cook together on low until cheese melted. 
  • Fill your tortillas with your egg mixture in a line down the center. Roll tortillas. to seal.
  • Place your breakfast burrito back onto a warmed skillet on low heat and cook on each side until crispy. Set aside and allow to cool. 
  • Once cooled wrap in foil and place in the freezer. Burritos can stay in the freezer for up to 3 months. To reheat remove foil and wrap your burrito in a paper towel. Microwave for 2-3 minutes until warm though out.
