- 2 pounds chicken breast (boneless and skinless)
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- ½ cup honey
- ½ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup rice vinegar
- ¼ cup water
- ⅛ teaspoon pepper
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- Option: sesame seeds for garnish
Add chicken breast to the slow cooker.
In a small mixing bowl add all remaining ingredients. Whisk together well then pour over chicken in the slow cooker. Cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 6-7 hours.
Shred chicken with a fork and mix. Serve and enjoy.
