pork breakfast sausage

all-purpose flour

milk
(more as needed)

teaspoon
salt
(or to taste)

pepper
(or to taste)

Instructions
Cook and crumble sausage in a large skillet. Add in flour a little at a time and mix until all flour is absorbed.
Stir in milk. Keep stirring constantly until the gravy has started to thicken. Add more milk here as needed.
Season gravy with salt and pepper. I like a heavily peppered gravy but you may want to add a little and taste if you are not a big pepper fan.
Serve gravy on a warm biscuit and enjoy.
