These Lasagna Roll Ups are so simple to make. A fun take on the classic and a recipe that you will want to try. It's made with simple ingredients and done in less then an hour.

- 10 lasagna noodles
- 1 pound ground beef
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- 15 oz marinara sauce
- 15 oz ricotta cheese
- 1 egg
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Prepare your casserole dish with 2 tablespoons of your marinara sauce to the bottom of a casserole dish and set aside.
Boil noodles according to package directions until tender. Once cooked drain and set aside.
On the stovetop cook and crumble ground beef. Season with garlic and onion powder. Once cooked drain the fat. Add ½ jar of marinara sauce to ground beef and mix.
In a separate bowl mix ricotta cheese with egg, grated parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and dried parsley flakes.
Layout cooked lasagna rolls out. Spread on ricotta cheese mix then spoon on a thin layer of ground beef mix. Gently roll and then place in the prepared casserole dish. Top all rolls with remaining marinara sauce and top with mozzarella cheese.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted. Serve and enjoy.
- I used a 9x13 casserole dish for this recipe.
- Make sure to not overfill your roll-ups. Once they are ready to roll slowly to make sure they do not break.
- Place the edge of the roll on the bottom so they don't open before baking.
