Breakfast Bacon Crescent Rolls Ups
A simple breakfast recipe that can be eaten on the go.
- 8 oz crescent rolls (8 rolls)
- 4 slices bacon (cooked)
- 5 large eggs
- ¾ cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
Preheat oven to 375° F. Spray a baking sheet with non stick cooking spray then set aside.
Cook and scramble eggs. Once cooked add in ½ cup shredded cheese and mix until melted.
Roll out crescent rolls and place each of them on the baking sheet. To each crescent roll add cheesy eggs, ½ slice cooked bacon, and a pinch more of cheese. Roll each crescent up.
Bake for 12-14 minutes (time will vary depending on the brand you use. See how long your crescents call for and use that temp and time) Your crescent rolls should be nice and golden brown and cooked all the way though.
