his simple Spaghetti Casserole is a family favorite. With creamy coated spaghetti baked with tomato sauce and shredded cheese. This dish is sure to please even the pickiest of eaters.

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 small onion (diced)
  • 28 oz crushed tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon pepper
  • 1 pound spaghetti
  • ½ cup whipped cream cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup Monterey jack cheese (shredded)


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare a casserole dish with non stick cooking spray and set aside. 
  • Cook and crumble ground beef in a large skillet then add in diced onions and continue to cook. Add in crushed tomatoes and all seasoning. Mix together well and set aside. 
  • Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain and return to pot. Add whipped cream cheese and sour cream to spaghetti and toss to coat. Add spaghetti to your casserole dish. 
  • Top your spaghetti with your prepared sauce and ground beef. Last top with shredded cheese then bake for 15-20 until cheese melted and casserole is warm through out. 
    Optional: Serve topped with fresh diced parsley.
