Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • ¼ cups powdered sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • I start by chilling the bowl I will be using. Just make sure what you are using is safe to be chilled. A metal or glass bowl works best. Place it in the fridge for 15-20 minutes at least.
  • Add heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract to your chilled bowl.
  • Use a hand-held mixer or a stand mixer with a whisk attachment to beat all ingredients medium to high speed. Continue to whisk until soft peaks form.
  • Serve immediately or store in a container in the fridge or use right away for topping.
