4ozwhole berry cranberry sauce
1tablespoonhoney
4tablespoonschives (chopped)

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Place your Smithfield Roasted Garlic & Herb Marinated Fresh Pork Loin Filet slices in a shallow roasting dish. Roast until your pork is 145-160 degrees F.
2. Meanwhile, mix cream cheese, cranberry sauce, and honey. Once well combined, mix in 2 tablespoons of chopped chives.
3. Remove the pork slices from oven and allow to rest while you place phyllo cups into the oven for 2 minutes until crispy. Remove from oven and then cut the pork slices into smaller cubes.
4. Fill phyllo cups with cranberry cream cheese, top with pork cubes, and finish with remaining diced chives.
