  • 1 pound chicken breast (boneless and skinless)
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 cups pineapples chunks
  • 2 cups bell peppers (diced)
  • 1 1/2 cups red onion (diced)

  1. Place chicken in a large baggy and add in honey, soy sauce, brown sugar, ground ginger, and garlic powder. Massage into the chicken. Marinate overnight or cut into chunks and to cook immediately.

  2. Heat your grill to medium/high heat.

  3. Cut chicken breast and veggies into bite size pieces and place them on metal skewers. Place chicken, onion, pepper, then pineapples (or place in any order you prefer).

  4. Place in the grill and cook about 5 minutes on each side or until the chicken is fully cooked.

  5. Remove from the grill then serve and enjoy.

Recipe Notes

Before I turn on my grill I like to make sure it's clean and spray it with nonstick cooking spray to help the chicken not stick.
