Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast (boneless and skinless)
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 cups pineapples chunks
  • 2 cups bell peppers (diced)
  • 1 ½ cups red onion (diced)

Instructions

  • Place chicken in a large baggy and add in honey, soy sauce, brown sugar, ground ginger, and garlic powder. Massage into the chicken. Marinate overnight or cut into chunks and to cook immediately.
  • Heat your grill to medium/high heat.
  • Cut chicken breast and veggies into bite size pieces and place them on metal skewers. Place chicken, onion, pepper, then pineapples (or place in any order you prefer).
  • Place in the grill and cook about 5 minutes on each side or until the chicken is fully cooked.
  • Remove from the grill then serve and enjoy.

Notes

Before I turn on my grill I like to make sure it's clean and spray it with nonstick cooking spray to help the chicken not stick.
