  • 10 oz pasta (rotini)
  • 12.5 oz chicken (cooked and shredded)
  • ¼ cup green onion (diced)
  • 1 cup celery (diced)
  • 1 cup shredded carrot
  • ½ cup blue cheese crumbles
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • teaspoon onion powder
  • teaspoon garlic powder

  • Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and run cold water over the pasta to cool then set aside.
  • To cooked and cooled pasta add cooked and shredded chicken, green onions, celery, carrots, and blue cheese.
  • In a separate mixing bowl whisk together buffalo sauce, mayonnaise, onion powder, and garlic powder. Pour this into pasta and toss with all ingredients until well coated.
  • Chill for 1 hour or serve warm.

  • Tip: Running pasta under cold water will help your pasta from sticking together and help the cheese you add not to melt.
