An easy side dish that everyone loves. This Pizza Pasta Salad is made with pasta that has been tossed in Italian dressing and parmesan cheese. With all your favorite pizza toppings mixed this recipe is sure to please.

- 10 oz rotini
- 1 cup Italian dressing
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup green bell pepper (diced)
- 1 cup pepperoni (diced)
- 8 oz mozzarella cheese (cubed)
- ½ cup Onion (diced small)
Cook rotini according to package directions. Drain and set aside to cool.
Add cooled pasta to a large mixing bowl. Add Italian dressing and toss to coat. Next add in grated parmesan cheese and toss again to coat.
Add bell peppers, pepperoni, and cubed mozzarella cheese and mix together.
Chill for 1 hour then serve and enjoy.
- Tip: It's best to cook your noodles Al Dente so that once mixed with the dressing they will not get too soggy.
- Tip: Run cold water over pasta when draining to help your noodles not stick together when cooling.
