Grilled Buffalo Chicken

This Grilled Buffalo Chicken is my favorite thing to make on the grill. Nothing beats a grilled juicy chicken breast covered in an easy homemade buffalo sauce.

- 4 large chicken breast (boneless and skinless)
- ½ teaspoon salt (or to taste)
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- ½ cup hot sauce (more to taste)
Preheat grill on medium/low then mix together salt and garlic powder and lightly rub on each chicken breast.
Grill for 15-20 minutes filling once or twice when cooking. Grill until chicken is cooked through and at a safe temperature.
Meanwhile, melt butter in a saucepan and add hot sauce. Mix until well combined. Pour into a large mixing bowl.
Brush sauce onto each chicken breast then serve.
- Tip: Grilling low and slow will help your chicken not become dry. Cooking on a medium to low heat until chicken is cooked through.
