  • 12 sweet rolls
  • 2 cups pizza sauce
  • 5 oz pepperoni slices
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese (sliced)
  • 1/4 cup butter (melted)
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoons parsley flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and prepare a casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray.

  2. Cut your sweet roles in half and place the bottom half into your prepared casserole dish.

  3. Spoon on 1/4 cup of pizza sauce to the bottom of the sweet rolls. Add pepperoni slices and sliced mozzarella cheese.

  4. Place the top half of the sweet rolls to the top of the sliders and brush on melted butter.

  5. Sprinkle on grated parmesan cheese, parsley flakes, and garlic powder to the top of your sliders.

  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted and rolls are warm. Serve them and enjoy!

Recipe Notes

Tip: To make sure that your rolls don't become soggy make sure to not overdo the pizza sauce. I place just the 1/4 cup and then serve some on the side for dipping.
