These simple BBQ Chicken Wings are baked in the oven until cripsy and covered in bbq sauce. The perfect recipe for game day or to serve to friends at a party.

- ½ tablespoon seasoning salt
- ½ tablespoons garlic powder

- If you have one use a baking rack to ensure extra crispy skin on your chicken wings.
- Your chicken is done with they are at least 165 degrees F.
Here is what I love to serve to go along with my chicken wings.
- Ranch dressing
- Blue cheese dressing
- Sliced celery
- Peeled and sliced carrots
Frozen or thawed:
Fresh chicken wings are the best for this recipe. If you are using frozen then allow them to thaw completely and use a paper towel and pat dry.
Using frozen chicken will cause a lot of extra water and soggy chicken wings so making sure they are thawed or fresh is very important to get crispy skin.
