In a small mixing bowl whisked together all remaining ingredients then pour chicken bag with chicken. Marinate overnight for best results or cook immediately.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Pour chicken into a dish and cover. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until fully cooked. Time will vary deepening on the size of your chicken. Check on smaller chicken drumsticks around 20 minutes.
Pour leftover sauce from dish into a pot with ½-1 teaspoon cornstarch. Allow to cook on low while whisking until thickened. Pour sauce over rice and chicken.
