Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Prepare a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
Roll out each crescent roll onto your prepared baking sheet.
Add roast beef and sliced provolone cheese to each crescent.
Roll each crescent until all of them are full.
Place in the oven and bake for 10 minutes or until crescent rolls are cooked through.
Prepare your au ju gravy according to package directions.
Notes
For a thicker sauce that can be easier to dip with (less mess) add 2-3 tablespoons of flour to thicken your gravy.
