Lemon Pepper Chicken and Rotini

Ingredients
  

  • 10 oz rotini pasta
  • 2 large chicken breast (boneless and skinless)
  • ½ cup white onion (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 21 oz cream of chicken soup ( 2 cans)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (cubed)
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon oregano (dried)
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and then set aside.
  • Dice chicken into bite size pieces and place in a large deep pot with diced onions. Cook until chicken is cooked through then add in minced garlic.
  • To your pot add in cream of chicken soup and cream cheese. Cook on low until cream cheese is melted and creamy.
  • To your pot add in chicken broth and season with lemon pepper seasoning, oregano, and lemon juice. Add cooked pasta to this pot. Mix well then serve.

Notes

  • Can I use another type of pasta? Of course any of your favorite pasta or what you have on hand will work. 
  • Storing Directions: Store in an air tight container in the fridge for 1-2 days.
