These Slow Cooker Swedish Meatballs are so easy to make. We used frozen meatballs with a simple sauce and served over noodles.

- 32 oz frozen meatballs
- ½ cup half and half
- 1 tablespoon corn starch
- 1 ½ cups beef broth
- 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- ⅛ teaspoon nutmeg
Place meatballs in your slow cooker.
Mix half and half with corn starch until corn starch is well combined. Then mix in the remaining ingredients.
Pour sauce over meatballs and cook on low for 4-5 hours or high for 2-3 hours or until meatballs are cooked through.
Cooking Tip:
- Thicken Sauce: This sauce is traditionally a thin but creamy broth-based sauce. To thicken it up add in sour cream after cooking.
