  • 2 cups cooked chicken (diced or shredded)
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
  • ¼ cup ranch dressing
  • 4 medium flour tortilla


  • Place cooked chicken, buffalo sauce, shredded cheese, and shredded carrots into a mixing bowl. Mix to combine.
  • Layout your tortillas and spoon on your chicken filling. Then add shredded lettuce and drizzle on ranch dressing.
  • Fold tortilla ends then roll to close and seal. Serve immediately or wrap with plastic wrap and place in the fridge to serve later.
