Ingredients

  • 10 bacon strips
  • 16 oz frozen green beans
  • 2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare a casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
  • Cut bacon strips in half and lay them out flat.
  • Place 6-7 green beans into each bacon strip and roll up.
  • Place each green bean bundle into your prepared casserole dish bacon seal down. Bacon will stick together when cooking so try and space out each bundle, so they don't touch.
  • Season each bundle with salt and pepper to taste then sprinkle each with brown sugar.
  • Place in the oven to bake for 25-30 minutes. Serve and enjoy.

Notes

Tip: If using fresh green beans, the cook time would be 20-25 minutes. Just make sure the bacon is done.
